Fresh concrete recyclers

The recycling unit from the cement trucks is made out of two units :
a ) – SEPARATOR, with strainer. This unit has to separates the solid parts (aggregates) and water
b ) – STORAGE TANK for recycled water. This includes  a stirrer, a washing pump, dosing pump and level sensors.
All units are controled by a central control panel located near the recycled water tank.
