Dry mortar stations

This dry mortar station is designed and build by our company and is fully automated.
It is composed of: mixer, doser, silos for cement/chalk , screwconveyors, cement/chalk filters, Are in componenta : malaxor (mixer), dozator, silozuri ptr ciment, var, filer, etc , snecuri, filtre ciment / var, flaps, gear motors, electrical equipment, pneumatic system, automatic batching plant.
The dosing proces is done gravimetric with load cells, sequentially, in a central dispenser located above the mixer.
